1、All information and materials given in this form are true and correct; 2、During my stay in China, I shall abide by the laws and decrees of the Chinese government, and will not participate in any activities which are deemed to be adverse to the social order in China and are inappropriate to the capacity as a student; 3、During my study in China, I shall observe the rules and regulations of the university, and will concentrate on my studies and researches,and will follow the teaching programmes made by the university ; 4、If I am judged by the Chinese laws and decrees and the rules and regulations of the university as having violated any of the above, I will not lodge any appeal against the decisions of the relevant authority.
1. 学员必须参加所有的强化课程及各项英语活动。为争取最佳学习效果，学员在培训期间禁止使用中文。无论在校区和宿舍区，学员必须使用英语进行交流。 2. 所有学员必须严格遵守学校各项规章制度，参加所有规定的课程，无故旷课、迟到及在学校内使用中文的学员将受到校方的书面警告。若学员在学习期内违反学校规定，校方有权终止其学习资格，并不退费 。 3. 每两周为一个教学周期 。 4. 如需要住宿的，必须严格遵守学校的宿舍管理条例，如未能遵守住宿条例而出现任何问题由本人负责。 5. 由于地震、台风、水灾、火灾、战争以及重大疫情（如流行病）等不可抗力影响学校正常教学或导致停课的，课程取消，学校不予退款。若因此停课超过三天，学校将自恢复上课开始一年内安排时间予以补回。 6. 续读: a) 在校学员续读，须在最后一个教学周期的第一个周二下午 4 点前通知教务处，经同意后，先填表然后到财务 处交 200 元定金，否则只能作为候补。 b) 毕业返校再读的学员，必须在返校的前一个教学周期的第一个周二下午 4 点之前通知教务处，否则将作为候补。学员在毕业后的六个月内返校续读可享受相应优惠。 7. 请假 为了确保学员在校的学习效果，学习时间不满八周的学员不允许请假；学习时间达八周及以上的学员，有一次请假机会，但最长假期不超过一年。（具体情况请咨询学生中心） 8. 学习费用 学员入学后的第一个学期（两周）为试读期，若不满意学校的教学，在填写退费申请表后可要求学校退还剩余的费用，试读费用不予退还。试读期后，若学员继续学习或选择续读，则费用概不退还。
